Good storage and performance, currently broken.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased approximately 6 weeks ago. Unit was working well, but recently was having issues staying at proper temperature. We contacted for service and have a part on order. Hopefully it will be back up and running within the week. It was a relatively small part, and once this repair is completed I am pretty confident that we will be back up and running smoothly. We bought two of them, and the other one has performed flawlessly.

Broke within first week

Freezer broke within the first week after delivery. I lost 1/3 of my frozen meat. Apparently there is a known problem with this freezer and extra parts had to be ordered, but Frigidaire let me buy it anyway. Warranty covered it, but the damage is already done. I'll never buy a Frigidaire again.

Like frost free

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Suits our needs but seal came loose after two weeks. Was sent a new one we had to install. Door ‘clicks’ and magnet is so tight door is hard to open.

I’m sorry about the hiccup you encountered with your new freezer.
Good to hear your doors are sealing like they should, after installing the new gasket!
With usage the vacuum seal will decrease. Keep in mind, the smaller number of items inside your freezer will make the door harder to open due to more air inside your freezer.
Also, some of our consumers have tried pulling the door handle while slightly placing their finger in between the gasket and door frame to open the door more easily.
