Fan went out within a month.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in May. In June it started beeping and the light started flashing. I called Frigidaire and the only help I got was she told me to unplug it for 20 minutes and plug it back in. I did that and it started working again. Then a month later I had the same issue. It took me forever to get through with customer service. I got disconnected a few times. Finally when I got hold of someone and explained the problem she agreed to send out a tech. It took two weeks before a tech was able to come. Apparently the fan had condensation build up. The tech is ordering a part but haven’t yet heard anything on it. Kind of frustrating trying to figured out what to do with a freezer full of meat.

Frustrated With Purchase

After two weeks of ownership significant ice formations inside freezer at top of door. Called for service to find out there is warm air coming from inside door causing this ice buildup. Seems like freezer never shuts off. Always on. Can only hope this thing lasts. Not happy

Bad one

I bought the freezer 1 month ago because it was the only one in stock as I never bought Frigidaire before and I think it is the last time. The freezer stop working at all and I lost all my foods and I have to call a repair company who told me a part needed to be replaced in a brand new freezer. What kind of company make a product it’s part need to be replaced after 2 weeks of use only. Unfortunately I have to buy extended warranty that I usually don’t buy as I know for sure I will be using a lot so my advice no for Frigidaire freezer at all even if it’s the only brand available in the stock.

WORST FREEZER

Stopped working after one month that I bought it

Terrible

Not good at all I have had this freezer since July and in October it stopped working with a freezer full of food . Still waiting for it to be fixed!!!

Cold as a volcNo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for a little over two months. Last month a repair guy had to come out and replace parts for a known problem of the fan freezing up. Water runs by the fan when it defrost and then freezes and the fan is then stuck in a block of ice. It is now a month after that repair and it is happening again. Everything is getting mushy in the freezer. DO NOT BUY THIS! fridgidaire needs to fix their design flaws.
