Not a great machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in May. After 1 month the freezer would not maintain its temperature. We were told the automatic defroster mechanism did not work. Several visits by a repairman and admire than a month later Frigidaire decided either the freezer couldn’t be fixed or they didn’t want to fix it. No option on our end. Never asked us what we wanted. They sent us our money back. We didn’t want our money back - we wanted a freezer that works! So now after four. On the of effort we are right back where we stared with no freezer. Very unimpressive product quality and customer support.

Defective Unit + Horrible, Horrible Service From Your Local Rep, Premier Appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After six weeks, the fan was diagnosed to have collected ice, so that it rattled and was incapable of achieving freezing temperatures throughout the cabinet. It's been about three weeks, and I'm still waiting on your service rep, Premier Appliance, for the replacement fan and the defective seal that allowed the fan to freeze in the first place.

Doesn't work

Bought this freezer, waited nearly a month for it. Ordered 1/2 side of beef. Beef is sitting at processor and I am being charged a daily storage fee because the freezer quit working. At first the green light was flashing, then just went off. The seal at the bottom of the door was not even attached to the door. Unsure how long it had been like that. I think ice has built up around the fan. Repair came and has ordered parts but still looking like a couple of weeks while I get daily charge from beef processor. I would not purchase this again.

Bad design. Freon was better

Terrible Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered the freezer in March 2020, it arrived May 1, 2020 and quit working on June 1, 2020. Since then we've had numerous calls with Electrolux to get the product fixed and after a few unsuccessful attempts to fix the bad (sealed "green" compressor), Electrolux agreed to replace the freezer. It's August 2020 and we still have no freezer. The freezer has a newly designed compressor and there are very few (none in Indiana) repair technicians certified to work on them.

Small Inefficient doors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer is so small. The door allows you to put product in it, but wont shut all the way bc of size of door pockets and space issues inside freezer; seems like a "cheap" product but cost a lot. Needed a freezer and was desperate to buy one.
