[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this and within 3 months, I had to call for a service repair. The fan motor was bad. Still waiting on the motor to be installed. The size is great, but I am nervous on filling it up until the repair is done.

Huge freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this freezer a month ago. Love how much it holds. Only complaint is bottom gasket keeps pooping out of place so freezer does not close properly.

There’s a green light at the bottom so you will know the temp is fine. And it’s have sound if you left the door open! I luv it!

Frigidaire freezer is right size, fills my needs. But has a factory defect, which Frigidaire is fixing.

Our freezer worked well for two months and then started acting like a fridge rather than a freezer. We had to eat up a lot of food fast since it wasn't keeping it frozen. The service guys came out ten days after we requested them, and did a temporary fix, ordered parts for a work around and will come back in a month to do a permanent fix. I appreciate Frigidaire taking responsibility for the flawed design and figuring out how to fix it and doing so on warranty. I only wish they could have gotten here sooner. The delay meant a lot of food thawed and had to be tossed because we didn't know if it was still safe to eat.
But I am happy they're fixing it under warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the freezer about 2 months ago and needed to reverse the door to open the opposite way. The book that came with it doesn't explain all the required movements to remove and switch the door so I had to try three times to finally get to work. Last week we noticed that it was frosting up at the top of the door. I checked the door gasket but it seems to be good. If it continues we will call for service.

This inside of this freezer is huge. The shelves can be adjusted, so that’s nice. It is exactly what we were looking for.
