Very quite!

Overall really good freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this freezer about a month ago. Overall it is a decent freezer. I have noticed a little bit of condensation on the inside that is causing the freezer to have frost and it’s supposed to be frost free. Other than that it holds a lot of stuff I just wish it had more shelves in the inside, It only has four.

Serves its purpose

It works find and meets basic need but the basket/shelf configuration is strange in that the front is open so only so much can be stacked without falling out the front. Needs one more shelf as there is too much space between them. Trying to reach Frigidaire to see if we can get one.

Great freezer but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great freezer! I’ve had it for a couple of months now and we are really happy with it. Plenty of space and it definitely is a deep freezer quality. 4 stars given instead of 5 because when we first got it, we had a problem with the door seal. When the door closes, it seals so well that when we opened it, the door seal was getting pulled out from its place. This was causing the temp not to reach freezing. I called Frigidaire‘s toll free help number and they immediately made an appointment for a service repair technician to come and take care of the problem. he was prompt, very helpful, and most importantly fixed the problem right away. We have not had any problems since. I am so glad we bought a Frigidaire, I know they back up their appliances! Very happy with my Frigidaire!
