Inside light does not work

bought this freezer in October of 2020 . we have had to different repair companies out a total of 4 times and still have not fixed the problem.

The same as all the rest

My first review was not posted as it needed to be refined. Here it is : believe the 1 star reviews. If you purchase find a good schematic and brush up on your engineering skills. It will Ultimately end up with you repairing it yourself or live with a non functioning unit. The evap coil defrost/fan/drain tube is the engineered fail. The door gasket exacerbates the issue. Long story short - you CAN fix it but it will require months of non use.

Received damaged

Broken

Only after 10 days of getting the freezer it stopped working. Had to call 4 different times to get someone out to fix it. The person was adequate but had to order parts to fix it. Not sure why these repair people don’t carry parts on their repair vans. Have to wait til August 25 for him to return. Lost a ton of food too. No one wants to reimburse for that. Not very happy right now.

Very Nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our first one in February and by the time we realized we should have bought two, the Covid had hit and we couldn't find another one until September. We only had to wait two weeks for it. We are extremely pleased with our freezers.

Worst Quality

Boight it last week, delivered on Friday. After one day, started to have problems. First it was making loud noises and frost inside. Today, it is all melted, not working. Alarm is not working, other than the green light below blinking. Food is going BAD!! Have to wait for a service on a brand new appliance. Next service is available after two days!!!

Fast cool, super nice, icy cold freezer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this freezer during the pandemic when my old one bit the dust. It shows up. Large and in charge in just a few weeks. It looked like a big new fancy car showing up. The crew brought in my shiny new freezer and it was cold in a jiffy. Super fast cooling. It keeps a constant icy cold temp, even when the kids hang the door open trying to pick a popsicle. The alarm on the door is a life saver. The shelves are so nice and adjustable. The door has great space. The wheels make it easy to get situated just right.... I kinda wish they locked, but nothing is perfect. I love my new freezer.
