Stopped working within 6 weeks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer was 6 weeks old and we discovered it had stopped cooling. Everything was thawed and ruined!! So frustrating!

Unfortunate fan malfunction

The product was delivered 2/14/21. On 7/20/21 we noticed that the green power light was blinking. At that point, the freezer stopped freezing. When repaired, we were informed that this is a known flaw in the freezer. Parts were replaced but we are still being told to be extremely careful with having the door closed tightly to avoid ice build up around the fan. When working, it is a great size but admit that we are frustrated.

A Big Cold Box

Worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this unit after a long wait - supply chain issues, COVID, etc. The only negative I have is that the door could not be changed with ordinary hand tools as described in the owner's manual - the bottom post wall is too thin for an adjustable wrench to turn. It malforms when thread break torque is applied. We'll just settle on having the default.
