Junk. Doesn’t work and only 6 months old

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the freezer 6 months ago and it quit working. Lost $100s of food, which of course is not covered under warranty. Even at the highest setting, only stuff on the bottom is remaining cold. Waiting on the repair person to visit. Even if they fix it, I’m not going to feel safe using it for anything in future. Don’t waste your money.

Great size if it worked

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this freezer and it would not start up nor freeze. I asked for a replacement and was refused. Was offered repair within one month. I do not want a newly repaired freezer four weeks after purchase. I bought this to put up harvest, so this is highly inconvenient and truthfully, unacceptable.

Can't wait to fill this freezer up!

With our first little one on the way we are preparing to stay home more and also need to store a bunch of milk! There is so much room in this freezer I am not sure we can (because it is so big) but we are going to try and fill it up so we are cutting down on our trips to the store! I love the green light on the floor letting us know that our precious goods are safe and we will never have to wonder. The installation and set up was super efficient and fast and the design is perfect. Can't wait to change the way we shop so we can fill this freezer up!

BUYER BEWARE!!

I bought this freezer two months ago & it’s already giving me issues. The green indicator light is blinking & an alarm beeps every few minutes. The motor is still running, but most of my frozen food is thawed now. Buyer Beware!!

Not a good buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Freezer stopped working after 7 days. Tech come out saw that the part I think is the fan had ice on it. New part was ordered and delivered. But the wrong part was ordered. It’s been 6 weeks since I purchase the freezer still cannot use it. I do not recommend this freezer to anyone.
