Big freezer.. but I got a lemon?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Big freezer so lots of room. Can buy extra shelves too to help with organization. HOWEVER- My freezer fan continues to ice over and stop. What happens when the fan stops? The Freezer will not cool. How do I know? 4 repair trips and it still does it. I have lost several hundred dollars worth of food. I know have a temp sensor in it so it alerts my phone when it's time to thaw the fan again. Time for a new one under warranty! If a replacement works better then I will revise my ratings and review, but until then...

Ice cold in a jiffy, lightweight and easy to move, and holds so much stuff!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this has been a great freezer! No more digging through a packed freezer with things trying to fall out because the freezer was too small. Additionally, while I was afraid it would be hard to move, it's seriously light weight, which was great for setting it up. Hoping that all the food that ends up in it will add a little bit of weight, so it doesn't move when we open the door. I'm guessing that'll be the case. At any rate, seems like a fantastic freezer so far and was cold in a flash after plugging it in.

The store delivered our freezer on time just as they said they would. They set up the freezer and showed me some of the features. I could not have been treated any better.
