Stopped Working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this Freezer a few months ago and last week it quit working, green light flashing because temp was above freezing. Moved all my goods to another freezer. Next morning it was working again.

Door doesn’t always close

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The door doesn’t always close. Everything in it thawed. There is an alarm, but it is so quiet that I didn’t hear it in the garage. You have to check and push to be sure it closes each time.

Doing Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Old Freezer was having issues so bought this one. Doing good, plenty of room. Had to order an additional shelf. Didn't want to stack things that high, harder to find things. That's the only complaint. Other than that everything is humming along and staying good and frozen..

Love all the features and space!

Great appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a chest type freezer and upgrade to your upright freezer and that was the best decision we made. We are so pleased with this freezer, so roomy and maintains temp we set to and no frost build up like the chest freezer. Awesome appliance!

Just okay

The bottom basket is useless since it's only half as tall as the compartment it's in. Not sure why Frigidaire chose to not fully utilize that space. Despite it being a frost free freezer, I've had frost around the top of the door since it was installed.
