[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved this, until it would not freeze anymore. Still under warranty as it was purchased in January of this year. We live in a rural area, so we are waiting for a service call….still waiting. Had to give away or throw out everything in the freezer as we had no room to store anything salvageable. So disappointed.

Easy to see everything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this freezer in April and it stopped cooling the top half at the beginning of July. I didn’t loose to much food luckily and it was fixed within a few days ,apparently there is a kit made just to prevent this. I still love this freezer, it’s so roomy and bright inside and you don’t have to crawl halfway inside to get things. I have had a few freezers and this 20 cu ft is by far one of the best investments for my family.
