Excellent refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about 2 months ago and I absolutely love it. I went from an older style with the freezer on top to this one with the freezer on the bottom, I love having all my refrigerated food at eye level. Very spacious and easy to adjust the shelves. And it is super easy to slide out if you want to clean behind it!

Love the room, already needed a fan replacement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super happy with this freezer until the fan burnt out within 6 months of purchase. Customer service was very helpful, set up an appointment to repair and it was fixed within 2 days. Working perfect now!

Sucks

It'sa the worst freezer, the drain hole is too small so it keeps freezing up. They sent a re[air man a few times to fix it and he said it's the worst set up he has seen. Now they want me to buy extended warranty to keep having a repair man come out and fix the same issue. Do not buy it unless you want a headache.

Plenty of Space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this for about a month now, and it is running great. Fantastic amount of space. Also has to ability to change the swing of the door, and I change my mind a lot. Most everything is a plus and like the website says, only 2 things I would mention. 1) the freezer is very hard to open - you will need to secure it somehow (chock the wheels) because it requires much to open, so it will move with you if not secured. 2) mine builds up frost at the top of the door - not sure why this is happening as you can hear the seal when the unit closes, it's like a vacuum. Otherwise the unit has been working great. I have mine in the garage and no issues with the food inside (it has been mid-90s for 2 weeks now).

Keep it cold

After years of chest freezers, we finally have a freezer that we don't have to bend over to see what's in it. This freezer is so quiet you hardly hear it and as far as temps go, this one works unbelievably well. For the price this freezer is a good buy.

So clean and bright
