This unit has problems. No one will help

Great freezer

Great features! Energy Efficient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this freezer about a month ago. Though I was disappointed in the installation, the freezer is fine. We were not able to reverse the door following instructions. I was disappointed with that. I noticed that the inside shelves are not as deep as my old freezer. But the door shelving is much improved--that is they have solid fronts to the shelves vs. a vinyl strap where items frequently would fall through. It's a bit noisy when defrost cycle is running, but as long as I know what it is and that it's not a problem, I'm fine. Like the features.
