[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mother actually bought this for my husband and I as a gift. We love it! We had a 5.0 cubic foot chest freezer for several years and it was okay but digging for items can be inconvenient. The upright freezer fixed that! It’s much easier to see everything we have. I had dish pans for containing things in the old freezer and they fit in the new one with room to spare. I am looking forward to being able to do food prep and freeze it instead of thawing something for dinner most nights.

horrible freezer

this freezer is junk. It got delivered in jan.2021. within 2 months it stopped working. The tech has been out 3 times. I have lost hundreds of dollars in food. The guy was here to work on it Friday, it's Sunday and it stopped working again. He is supposed to be here this friday to put a new fan in it. After reading reviews it seems this is a common problem

Spacious freezer! Very pleased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to upgrade from a small 5cf chest freezer that I'd had since I don't know when and that iced up inside quite a bit. The old one was too small for the family anymore and was so full most of the time that it was hard to find anything near the bottom. The Frigidaire is huge and easy to find things in now. Keeps everything nice and cold without the ice build up. Runs pretty quietly as well.

LOVE IT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a chest freezer for 14 years and hated it. Constant rotation of items inside still leave things buried. You can’t see what you have and often buy things you don’t need. I finally got the 20c ft. Upright and am so thankful. It takes no more floor space possibly even less. Now I can see EVERYTHING that’s stocked in the freezer and even sort by shelf. (Pork / chicken / beef, etc.). But here’s where it saved me right after arrival, 3 days after the freezer was delivered my side by side kitchen refrigerator died without warning I had so much space in this freezer it easily held everything my kitchen full size freezer had in it too! I felt blessed and thankful. Wish I’d had this 14 years ago.
