Love my new Frigidaire!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the fact that the vertical freezer is so spacious and I can find what I need when I want it! I don’t have to dig to the bottom of freezer chest and pull all the bags and baskets out.

Was working fine and then status light started flashing and unit went down that evening. Who knows when it will get repaired as I get a different story every time I call.

Poor quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this unit jn January 2021 and within three months the upper half of the freezer stopped freezing. Only a total defrost corrected the issue. Three weeks later it stop working again. Technician arrived and basically state it was a known issue and a special kit needed to be ordered and installed. Two weeks later it was finally working correctly.
I would not buy another Frigidaire.
