6 months old and not working

We bought this freezer to replace an older not very efficient freezer, and regret it. Bought in October 2020 and have been waiting now for over month to have service to come fix it.

The new freezer is working very well. It runs quietly and seems to be doing just fine. The only comment I would make is how can we keep it from rolling foreword when we pull on the door to open it?

Just the features I wanted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only had the freezer for a few weeks, but so far, I love it! My past experience with Frigidaire is great (the freezer we are replacing was a Frigidaire still working after 31 years!). This Frigidaire has all the features I wanted: Automatic defrost, well-lit, adjustable wire shelves, and a green light that shines discreetly on the floor to let me know at a glance that it is still working and all is well. We have a big garden and this is just what we need to freeze our produce. And being able to buy in bulk has given me lots of peace of mind!
