Large Freezer

I chose this freezer last year because it was the largest one on the market. I received the freezer about 6 months after ordering it due to the pandemic. Once it was delivered I was extremely pleased with the amount of storage and the interior lighting. I have been using the freezer for a month when the indicator light started flashing on the outside of the unit. I called a local repair who was well aware of the issue that was going on. The repair man was able to order the parts and had the freezer up and running about a week and a half after my call. Still happy with it but worried that this repair might not be the last one.

Really cold

Faulty model

Ok freezer

Called someone to come out and within a week is just started working again on its own before anyone came out to look at it. Now I’m nervous to put anything in it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Door not sealing after only 8 months. I have called for repair but am afraid that all that will be done is a new seal or something just to get me past the one year warranty period then I will be right back here again in 6 months
