Unhappy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this freezer 5+ months ago. It started making a loud noise. Had the repair man out and he said it was the fan motor. Replaced it. Now the alarm keeps going off and the inside light only works part time. Repair man is going to come again. Not happy with this purchase at all.

Absolute Delight!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I had toiled for YEARS with a hand-me-down chest freezer from my parents. The lid was kept together by duct tape and the door wouldn't stay up by itself so you can imagine how annoying it was to get ALL the way into the bottom of the freezer with a heavy lid trying to crush you. Imagine, then, how thrilled we were to get a brand new Frigidaire upright freezer that saved room, eliminated a constant headache for us, looked great, and had copious amounts of room for all of our food. We couldn't BE happier!!

I purchased this freezer last November and have not been able to use it but for a brief time since then. The alarm light continually flashes. The motor fan makes noises . The inside light does not come on. It does not maintain cold temperatures. Repair service people have worked on it several times and have not been able to fix any problems as of yet. Do not purchase this freezer!

Disappointing

I bought this product on the first of March and now it doesn’t work. All my meat veggies ice cream are gone. I want my money back
