Very lightweight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer is very light weight with thin steel and plastic everywhere. My previous freezer lasted almost 35 years. I don't think this one will make it a 3rd of that. They just don't build things like they used to.

Working Very Well but Smaller than previous

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed to replace our existing Frigidaire upright freezer which was over 20 years old. This one is 20 cubic feet, sits taller than the previous so it is a little narrower and that's its major drawback. I can't store 20lb bags of ice the same way, but I can still get them in there. This gives us less storage space than the previous one, but should still be adequate. The biggest selling point is that it is garage ready and we were replacing one in the garage. Since we live in an apartment, we don't have the space to put one in the apartment and the garage is a detached garage. The walls are thick on the freezer which should be a benefit to keeping things cold. So far, no complaints.
