excellent storage capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace a really old freezer and it was a chest freezer. Stand uo is much easier to load and find things in and the large size made it easy to replace the chest and a small standup freezer with room to spare.

Wonderful customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first freezer they sent us had mechanical issues, I made one phone call and the decision was made to replace the entire freezer, 10 days later we had a another New freezer that works Perfectly. Very pleased. The freezer is so easily accessible and takes up much less space than the old Chest freezer. But holds so much at the same time. Really happy with the purchase.

We decided on getting the Frigidaire 20 cubic foot upright because we were familiar with this brand. My husband and I absolutely love the convenience of locating items we need from the freezer and the amount of space the freezer has inside. We are very happy with our purchase.

I bought a freezer in Dec 2020, stopped working week after delivery, received new one 03/25/2021, now it is not working. So disappointed with Frigidaire, now trying to get refund from Store. Will replace with another brand.

Works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this about a month ago. So far everything works really well, it cooled down very quickly and is super quiet. Adjustable shelving is great, our old freezer had fixed shelves. One more shelf would be nice though.
