Bad investment

We bought our freezer 3 months ago, had several problems with it Sones then, light don’t work, seal in door is not correct, frost build up on the bottom of the door/shelf, fan unit quit working, almost lost things in freezer, had service man here one time so far, has to come back I do not recommend buying this model

Not a reliable freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first freezer delivered to us was scratched and made a terrible noise. We refused delivery of it. A few weeks later, a new one came. This oneworked great for 3 weeks, then the temperature started raising, and all the food unfroze. The repairman came and had to order parts. They have not come yet. I do not trust this freezer and do not know that I will ever be comfortable putting food in there again.

Broke down in less than 2 months

Had to have it repaired. After the repair it will not get done to what is considered a "Deep Freeze temperature.

Recurrent issues. Different issues with initial and replacement freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initial upright freezer had a very loud fan noise. It was a loud clang clang clang noise. When delivered we were told to wait four hours before turning it on. Once we turned it on it started clanging. When we called customer service they told us that that could be normal. I was pretty sure it was not as it was loud enough we could not talk over the noise. It however did a good job of keeping items inside frozen. We were provided a replacement freezer however we were told if this one clanged as well it would not be replaced. The replacement freezer did not ever clang. However we have had recurrent problems with alarms of an adequate freezing. We removed approximately half the items in the freezer and it still cannot keep the items in the upper quarter of the freezer frozen. The items at the bottom of the freezer are adequately frozen.
