So far it is working great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we plugged it in we put a glass of water on the middle shelf and 2 hours later the water was frozen solid. In 4 hours the internal temp was -4F.
So far we are very happy with the product.
We would recommend that the freezer come with baskets designed to fit. Because contents tend to slide around in an upright freezer we purchased some cloth baskets to hold the frozen goods but there is wasted space because they weren't designed for the unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this freezer a month ago after a barely two month old freezer of another brand died. I love how spacious this freezer is and especially the space on the door. The controls are very straight forward and in an accessible place without moving food around to find them. The only thing I would change would be for it to have a built in lock.
