Frost-free freezer making lots of frost and noise.

I am so disappointed in our freezer. It is supposed to be frost free. It is making lots of frost. That is causing it to make lots of noise.
Repairman said the door is warped and he has seen a lot of this on this model. He is ordering a new door, but said one he just replaced for another person took 6 months to come in.
