Terrible

Freezer is nothing but problems. Warped door and fan keeps freezing up. Worst appliance I have ever purchased. Parts aren't even available to fix it.

Load it up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this up right freezer about a month ago. It is huge, great, and did I say huge!!!! We had this little tiny old one that was here when we bought our house 12 yrs ago. We needed something that was larger, energy efficient and would fit in the space we had. When the men delivered it I was shocked it was huge it held all the food we had in the old one plus a whole lot more. I love that I can see with the led light in it and the shelves are large the door shelves are deep and large. We absolutely love this new freezer. I would definitely recommend this 100%. It has an alarm to let you know it’s open and it has a green light to let you know it’s plugged in. We love it!!!

Some small QC concerns

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my wife's birthday because she was stressed by the organization of our packed chest freezer.
Two small issues to note:
1) Arrived with small cosmetic dent that has coloration indicative of either remanufacture or careless handling prior to packaging. Identified during install. Called supplier to let them know and said it is cosmetic and will be hidden by wall. No problem.

2) 3 days after install, loud noise that sounded like a resonating bad bearing. Unplugged, plugged back in and haven't heard it since. Sounds like others had same trouble.

Very spacious!

But the best part is that it is very well lit inside which makes it so easy to stick and to manage the contents. The only negative comment is that it moves forward when I open the door because it is a tight seal (that is a good thing). I think I can tighten the wheels at the bottom or it probably has a “brake” of some type. I also like the light that shines outside the bottom so you wld know immediately the power is off.

I bought this month ago and already called twice for the maintenance, it just stoped colling as per maintenance guy its a manufacturer problem, food went bad.

Great Freezer and reasonable price
