Excellent freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent size and storage capacity. I like the green light on the floor that shows us it is working. Next week we are taking a steer to be butchered and needed a reliable freezer to store all that beef.

Works great with lots of space

Just What We Were Looking For

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a commercial upright freezer that served us well for almost 20 years, except that when we overloaded it, the build up of frost would cause it to shut itself down. A couple of times this happened while we were on vacation. So I was looking for a larger freezer, frost free and reliable. Could not be happier with this 20 /Cu. Ft. freezer. Very sleek and clean design inside and out (i.e., no wires or multiple controls - anywhere). Well designed and adjustable storage areas so that things fit better (tall and small). Sometimes I cannot resist opening the door just to see how great it is to have no frost and no moisture. I cannot yet speak for the longevity of everything, but based on what I can see, I am expecting years of happiness with this new product.

On and Off

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Less than 30 days after delivery, it started acting up. I ended up losing over $200 worth of food. Called Frigidaire and someone was able to come out 1.5 weeks later. Over that time, we left it empty. It would work on and off. When they came, it was working perfectly. Still don't know what the issue is/was. Hoping it stays fine!
