Additional comment based on more use - bad shelf design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally reviewed this freezer in detail when I first received it. All of that stands. However in practical use I have noted one very annoying issue. My old freezer had shelves with a small lip on the edge which would prevent items from falling out. Just that little edge so that your containers or bags had something to hold onto. This freezer has shelves without an edge. It has become impossible to remove anything but the top item on a stack without everything below and sometimes to the side of it falling onto the floor. I have asked my wife to hold the freezer paper wrapped stack while I remove one item just to spare me the pickup time. And yes, my old freezer was a Frigidaire.

Does not seal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking forward to our new freezer however it is constantly running. The door is not sealing correctly and so far Frigidaire is being non-responsive. We have owned this less than 3 weeks.

Good but not frostless

Good Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer is great. Only complaints I have is there doesn't seem to be a clear way to lower the feet in the front. (or I'm just an idiot) the light bulb also stopped working inside within 24 hours of delivery. If I could remedy those two items it would be 5 stars.

I bought this in November and It has already stopped freezing and I have lost already lost about $100 worth of meat because a part to circulate the cold air stopped working and the top 2 shelves defrosted and spoiled. This is the second stand up freezer we have bought from Frigidaire and will be the last as the other met a similar demise in under a year but due to our remote duty location we were unable to get it serviced by an authorized company.
