[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Frigidaire At 100 + years strong, it is my go to company for all my refrigeration needs. I absolutely love my new freezer. At 20cuft it is perfect. There is plenty of space especially adding the extra shelves on the door. I can't wait for harvest time to be able to freeze my veggies for the winter and a supply of sauce from my tomatoes. My Frigidaire will be my best friend

Working great after first unit failed

Original unit purchased last fall initially seemed to work ok, but after few months problem developed with door sensor feature. This affected overall unit operation and ability to keep food cold. Parts were not readily available. After significant communication efforts, a replacement freezer was provided. It is working great.

20 ft freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had some delivery issues. Have had freezer for a month and so far it’s great. Key thing for us was a reversible door and having it in the garage. It’s replacing a smaller Frigidaire we’ve had for 17 years and that one is still working well.

The features I needed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about 3 weeks ago and am very happy. Wanted the “garage ready” freezer since it is in our garage where it gets warm in the summer. Also the green light on the floor let’s me know it’s working. Very happy with the space inside. Went from a large chest freezer to this and was concerned I wouldn’t get it all in but it fit fine.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought in early December delivered in mid January, March it went out. Service man came a few days later. Replace a recalled feature a week later that we weren’t aware of but the repair man knew about. It’s working but we are afraid to put anything in it just yet. Worked great until then just glad we didn’t lose any thing.
