I like the freezer itself, but some issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the size and the layout of this freezer, but I do have a couple issues.
The feet won't even screw down far enough to raise the wheels off the floor so I had to put blocks underneath it to keep it from rolling around when you open and close the door.
Also having issues with some frost building up around the bottom of the door.

Excellent Freezer, Spacious, and Serves its Purpose

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this freezer to store meat, garden veggies over winter, and other products for my family. It fits perfectly in my garage and is easy to use. The only problem is that occasionally the door makes a beeping noise when it is shut; I have to pull down on the door and it stops. The freezer serves its purpose.

Good, so far...but!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The initial cooling was very quick. The unit is spacious and well-designed. I especially like the depth of the door shelves, very useful. The only possible problem is twice the freezer has started making a loud knocking noise. The knocking seems to be coming from the back and near the bottom. The knocking stopped each time when the unit was unplugged and plugged back in.

problem with freezer door

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't use because the magnet on door bottom is not connecting to sensor. Repairman said it was a design flaw and ordered a new door which I haven't received yet. Why do you sell a product with this design defect?

Not cold
