Freezer Happy

Faulty gasket

Start-up revealed defect in rubber seal, causing frosting of freezer. Required getting service center to inspect freezer. Had to order new gasket to be installed wait time two to three weeks.

Keeps things cold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer keeps food very cold. We have had a very hard time getting the freezer level. The adjustable feel don't seem adequate. The alarm kept going off and the interior light still doesn't go on. We have the freezer in the basement and the floor is not level due to the floor drain. We have not had problems with getting other appliances level in the basement (washer, dryer, another refrigerator, the previous freezer). We've lived in our house for over 21 years without having problems leveling appliances.
