Poor quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased upright freezer last of Nov 2020. Could not be delivered in January as it was damaged. Delivered in Feb, however had a faulty door. Replaced and delivered 3/3. One hour after delivery loud noise but we dismissed it as a one time event. 4/8 noticed ice cream not frozen and green light flashing, turned up the freezer temperature and put a thermometer in unit and the temp went to 30 degrees, then 40, then 50 before returning to a freezing cycle. The shelf racks do not allow for very much weight as the slide off of the rail they are suppose to sit on. Today the repair man deemed it not repairable so it will be replaced. Glad it will be replaced but disappointed in the quality compared to the 14-year old Frigidaire we currently have.

Frigidaire Upright Freezer
