Terrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Would never buy again bought in July 2020, stopped working. I have to wait 10 for repair person and I have a freezer full of food. Only 2 months old.

Poor Quality Freezer

Bought this upright freezer in July 2020 but upon first day of use it started making loud noise. Requested replacement and new freezer was delivered in Aug. 2020. However, after one month of use, the freezer broke down. It did not hold temperature and all the food I had stored in that freezer had gone bad...that's a lot of food lost. I bought this freezer to replace an old Frigidaire upright freezer that had just broken down. That old freezer lasted over 10 yrs without issue before it broke down. This latest freezer was a disappointment.

Extremely Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this freezer just 2 weeks and already it is having issues. Interior light rarely comes on, beeping sounds and motor sounding like a running lawn mower. Extremely disappointed.

Quit working at 4 months old

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we received the freezer we plugged it in and it worked perfectly for 3 months. Month 4 it started blowing warmer air and eventually day 2 it was blowing hot air . Called Frigidaire they said it would be a week before a repairman would be out. It was unplugged for the week 2 days before repairman due to arrive I plugged it in, and it started working fine. No big deal this time just lost most of the fruits we've put up this summer. Butchering a beef and 2 hogs in just weeks. Sure hope this doesn't happen again

So Much Room

We have had a problem with the door hinge since it was delivered. When the fridge was delivered we had the way that the door opened flipped. A hinge broke and now the freezer door wouldn't close properly. They are sending out a new hinge and I'll update my review.
