Trouble with freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the unit for a fair price. Fan froze up AMD unit quit freezing the upper rack. Thawed out and started over. Now freezer has ice around the bottom of the door. Seems to not have good seal at bottom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about a month or so ago, I had two smaller chest style freezers that I constantly lost food items in. I always had to dig through everything else to check our personal inventory. I’ve wanted an upright for a very long time, and have always seen so many old Frigidaire brand refrigerators throughout my life. I’ve come to trust this brand. To be honest, the negative reviews really scared me, as I found them after I had ordered mine. I haven’t had any issues thus far, and I am thoroughly impressed with it.

Died within 4 weeks. Worthless. Lost $2000 of seafood.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It worked less than 4 weeks. Then refused to freeze. It went from zero degrees to 50 in two days. I reset it multiple times & unplugged it for 3 hours to a day. That worked one day. 2 days later again no freezing. It would not start back up even after unplugging 12 hours. I lost $2000.00 in seafood. This replaced my. 18 year old frigedaire upright freezer.

Very happy for my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my old 23 cu ft chest freezer. I was concerned about whether I could fit what I had into the shelves of an upright, but this has very good design for storing a variety of frozen foods. I love the door compartments. Everything is extremely easy to find/reach/retrieve, compared to the chest freezer. Solid door closure is comforting, and I really like the green power indicator light at the bottom - hits the floor in such a way as to be easy to see.
