Lots of storage room

Plenty of Accessible Room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Please note, my 4 star rating is for a product that meets all my expectations for a good product. Five Stars are reserved for products that exceed nearly all expectations. The freezer has plenty of shelfs for easy access to stored items. The front to back depth is approximately 20 inches so main shelf items should be easily accessible without significant rearranging or unloading of the freezer. The main shelving is adjustable for tall items. There are 5 door shelves that are fixed but have good spacing for storage and quick access. If you have extra tall items you may not be able to store them in the door shelves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchase the freezer 9/3/2020. It started building up frost in November, and It started snowing in December. It has been non functional since January. In contact with Frigidaire, the problem diagnostics were: door seal (replaced), inverter board (replaced), door sensor alignment (shims installed) and now a new door seems to be required. My service organization has suggested that the door could be many weeks. They have seven other clients waiting for doors. Given the pandemic, it has cramped our life style considerably. We regret giving up our old unit for more efficiency and frost-free convenience.
