Super Cold, good air flow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced our 20yo Kenmore freezer with this model. Price per cu/ft was right for our usage and budget. We wish there was a more effective adjustable leveling foot so as to handle uneven tile floor as well as to keep the freezer from moving each time the door is opened.

Needs improvement

Door is much too hard to open for elderly customers. We bought this sight unseen, because our local appliance store did not have a demo on the floor. Other than that, it's a good freezer.

If needing to open the door immediately, you can break the seal by prying the gasket apart from the cabinet. I hope this information is helpful to you! Hey, Slim28! Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. The tightness in the door seal indicates that the gasket is sealing properly. If you're opening the freezer, we suggest gently sliding your hand around the gasket and door frame to loosen the seal so that you can open the door.
