Spacious interior!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only owned this freezer a total of 15 days so it is premature to rate anything but the physical features. This product replaced a smaller, chest type freezer that was difficult to access. The outward appearance is sleek and doesn't really give away the impressive size of the interior. The delivery guys set it where I wanted, plugged it in, and it has been running just fine ever since. I am, so far, very pleased! If I had owned this freezer 15 months, instead of a mere 15 days, I could easily give it a 5 star rating. I hope, and expect, that I will be able to do that when the time comes. But right now is too soon to give the product an overall 5 star rating.

LED Lighting

Worked for 6 months, then the green light started flashing and it stopped working. Unplugged it for 2 days for defrosting. Green light stayed on but, no cooling. Called Frigidaire, earliest a repair person could look at it is in 3 weeks. DO NOT BUY THIS FREEZER !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does a great job. Easy access to food items. Had to call in your service tech to properly align freezer door. He saw that it was misaligned and corrected. The cabinet light had been staying on when freezer door was closed causing the light to time out and trigger the beeping. Minor problem solved.

Ready for the beef!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a perfect fit in my shop and despite all the hard surfaces there it’s very quiet. The green floor light is a welcome feature when entering an otherwise dark space, fumbling for the light switch. Before loading it up, the freezer isn’t heavy enough on the polished shop floor to keep from rolling forward when tugging the door open. This is inspire of screwing down the stops.
