Not sure what is going on

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the freezer about 7 months ago. It was running great until just before the freeze hit Texas. It stopped running then it started running again, lost a little food. Then freeze hit and no power... lost almost everything, just a few things under everything else stayed frozen. Then power came back on and it worked well. You could hear the vacuum suction and close tight. Then two weeks later, it stopped working again. Did all troubleshooting and it runs now without the suction. Lost all restocked food again. We have had these freezers in our family since I was a kid and never had this problem before. Calling repair people to see if warranty holds up and get them to fix it. Love the size and space. And if it were before freeze this would have been a 5 star because we have loved using tHis product.

Needed repair after 5 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this around 2 months ago. But due to bad weather and the delivery schedule I just received it about 3 weeks ago. So far so good. Quiet and doesn't run as long as our other one did. But the other one was a Kenmore and very old. We just added a half cow to this one a couple days ago. So we'll see how it does we the it being half full. Jury is still out. But I love the size and how quiet it is. The temp stays around negative 5. The only draw back is I wish it had one more rack. I'm going to see if I can order one. I put up veggies in the summer and need one more rack.
