Broken door

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this deep freeze brand new. We noticed after getting it set up that it made loud noises all throughout the day and night, the light didn’t work, we had frost in the freezer, and it would randomly beep. We got someone to come out and look at it and apparently the door was made incorrectly and it bows causing poor sealing, the noises are due to the fan and frost build up, and the beeping is because the door does not seal. We have to order a new door which is currently on back order with no estimated time frame.

Great freezer, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this freezer three months ago and it stopped working 3 months later. A tech came out and fixed the issue, so far so good.

Great Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago for my garage. My only concern was the indicator light since it is located on the bottom of the freezer. It actually is very visible and is easy to see. The only change I would suggest is that the open door alarm could me much louder. This seems to be a problem with most freezers.

Great Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this freezer about a month, love it so far. I like the design, it is taller and thinner than most freezers this size so it easily fit through a bedroom door so I can keep it inside, rather than the very hot garage. Really like the shelves and storage panels in the door.
I put metal storage bins on the shelves to store my food. Highly recommend.

Lots of storage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice. Working great so far. Temperatures staying right at 5 to 10 below zero. Only issue I would have is the sound. It's pretty noticable. Sounds like water running.
Wouldn't be a issue in the garage but we had to put it in the utility room.
I think we'll get use to the noise it makes.

Great features and Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a chest type freezer and you never knew what was in the bottom of it without digging everything out. Now with the upright we can see everything and nothing goes bad before it is used. I am glad that we got this Frigidaire upright freezer. We now have two and both are working fine.

I bought this two months ago and it is not work properly and its going take them a month to come fix it what I supposed to do with all my food thanks for costing me more money
