[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the freezer about a month ago and when I pluged it in it made a crazy noise. They came and picked the first one up and dropped off another and when I plugged it in it made the same noise. I kept the freezer and bought the mantanice 5 year program. Freezer works well now still makes that noise when running.

NEW, but not working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer was delivered, plugged in, loaded, and left to cool. Checked the next day and things were starting to thaw. We are scheduled to have this unit replaced by Frigidaire on the 18th ! We did NOT expect a NEW freezer to be defective !

do not buy

bought in aug 2020 have had 5 service calls to correct freezer burn in food even if the food is vacuum packed from store still gets freezer burn the auto defrost goes down to far and melt then refreezes to make the defrosted water refreeze in food last service man told me "all new freezers have freezer burns in food"

Frost free NOT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Expensive freezer that is supposed to be frost free and is not. Now we have to get this thing fixed. We already give away our old freezer or this thing would have been returned. The rubber seal is where they decided to either get poor parts or cheap labor. I bought one of their dishwashers in 2005 and was not happy with the noise and cleaning power of it. I thought that their claim to fame, based their name must be refrigeration but looks like this company has some improving to do.

Lots of space for all my frozen food
