Freezer Down

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a new freezer in June, 2020 and it stopped working in February, 2021. I'm really disappointed! I bought the freezer to have extra space. The freezer doesn't work and the company that came out to fix it under the warranty is even worse. They can't touch anything, move anything and were very rude. I don't know if I would recommend this purchase. We are still waiting for them to repair it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My huge, brightly lit freezer is conveniently located in my pantry, adjacent to my kitchen so I use the freezer almost as much as the refrigerator. The in-door shelves are great for small items and it's easy to organize the larger shelves by type of product. Previously, I had a chest freezer but this is so much easier to use and won't need defrosting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my new freezer for a month and it works wonderfully. It was much larger than expected. Yes, the dimensions were provided online, but it's not quite the same as in person. I'm very pleased with the size as it has more the enough room for everything I wanted.
The green light that shines from the bottom is very bright. It's better than most nightlights.
It is a bit noisy and for the first week or two there was an off smell. It reminded me of being on a marina boardwalk on a hot day. I'm not sure how else to describe it, but it did go away.

Overall I'm very happy with my purchase. I feel like I got great value for my money as the freezer was just as larger if not larger than ones costing much more.
