Great Design, Quality Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this new Frigidaire to replace the one I have simply because it has an interior lay out that I prefer for the meats I store. I've had my older one for over 10 years old and and is still running strong; it has not once failed or needed repairs. When looking for a new one I did look at other brands but simply couldn't take the chance of not getting the same quality and decided to stick with Frigidaire again. I fully expect this new one to last just as long if not longer. Great Product!
The only disappointment was that I would have preferred black or stainless steel but I couldn't find any in the larger cubic sf that I was looking to buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this upright freezer two months ago and it started losing cold. The door warped. Disappointed with the lack of expediency in fixing or replacing the door or complete unit.
