Known Factory Defect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to be an exclusive breastmilk fridge! I filled it top to bottom with 6 months of liquid gold shortly after buying it. (Moved milk from 3 other freezers.) Within two months it was beeping constantly, the fan stopped running, and I started panicking. I threw out groceries to save my milk! I called for service since stores are out of freezers bc of the pandemic. There’s a known factory defect where holes are in some tubing which allow hot air to be pulled into the freezer. My repair kit just arrived yesterday, and someone is scheduled to come next week to fix the issue. Otherwise, it holds a lot, and everything is easy to access. I just wish they would fix the issue before shipping them out. Praying I have no more issues!

Fan cooler broke after two months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Freezer started having frost around the edge after a month of operation. The cooling fan died after another month and I had call for service repair and throughout a lot of food. The service technician had to replace the air cooling gasket and the main door seal.

Did not work

Broke within a few months.

I bought this freezer in April 2020 it’s now Aug and the freezer does not work. Luckily we caught it and saved the freezer full of food. Read the reviews. Do not buy. Even if it’s the only one available. Can’t get a service tech out until Dec.

I wanted a GE or Maytag but they were out of stock. Took chance to get Frigidaire but unsure about the brand's reliability based on past reviews.

Easy to keep organized

Purchased in May - Circulating fan failed in August!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After losing quite a bit of food we are not real happy with this freezer. Frigidaire won't replace a penny of the spoiled food. I called Frigidaire service / support the day we realized the failure requesting a service call before all of the food spoils, but the BEST they could do was to schedule a service for 2 days from the request. I attempted to escalate this request to management, but when I finally got to a "Supervisor" I was disconnected.
I was given the name and phone of the repair service but took over a day to reach them, and when we finally reached them they told us we were scheduled, not on the day Frigidaire told us but 3 days AFTER that!!
Service finally came and replaced a (silent recalled) vent tube connecting to the circulation fan. Which caused the circulation fan to freeze up and fail to circulate the cold air. So the top of the freezer was 45 degrees and the bottom 20 degrees.
2 weeks later the system is holding at the desired temp, we will see.....

Many issues
