No light

Large enough to meet all of our needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a 13cu ft freezer that was to small to meet our hurricane preparedness needs. This 20cu ft freezer is outstanding and gives us plenty of space to store food and water for our family. It is quite, great spacing for the shelves for separation of foods.

Second time's the charm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First freezer arrived with dents and a broken door sensor. The second arrived undamaged and works well. Lots of room and keeps food frozen well. My only complaint is the rollers on the four corners have no locking mechanism so the freezer rolls back and forth when opening and closing it.

Review of Stand-up Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this items to replace our 15 cu. ft. Chest Freezer which we had for 20 yrs. We have had Frigidaire before and know you have a quality product. We are still getting use to this, and only have a problem with the door not properly sealing and the alarm going off. I have tried my best to ensure that the freezer stays level to ensure a tight seal. If it continues, you will be hearing from me about possible solutions.

20 Cubic Foot Stand up Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice unit. The only issue I have is the owners manual is not clear on how to anchor the freezer. It's on wheels, so it moves easily when you open the door. IMO, the front anchor pads need to be 2x larger.
Excellent value for the money.

Thanks for bringing your concerns to our attention. To ensure your freezer is leveled​, it should be installed on a floor that is levelled and strong enough to support a fully loaded appliance. All 4 corners of the cabinet must rest firmly on the floor and the anti-tip brackets should be set in front. Let down

We bought (settled) for this during Covid not happy with it at all malfunction from the very day we bought it and what a nightmare it was to get it fixed took two months
