Huge capacity in small footprint

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this over the summer and it has been so handy. We were switching away from a chest style deep freeze that is hard to find things in and this was the perfect solution. The large capacity is impressive especially since it is smaller in footprint than even some smaller capacity freezers. The light is handy and it seals really well after each opening which gives me a peace of mind. The shelves are easy to use and I feel like we’re able to keep inventory better if our freezer items.

So Far So Good

It is a very nice freezer and working well. No issues with delivery, all involved from sales to delivery were great. But, again, really too soon to know how it will hold up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife love it! All it need a light bulb replacement when it first arrived. The light didn’t come on when opening the freezer’s door. . Service technician will be coming to replace it at no charge. That’s a plus!

Works, meats are frozen. But alarms for no apparent reason, light stopped working after 2 weeks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this freezer to replace the old Frigidaire that had served us well for over 12 years. Unfortunately, this one is not nearly the same quality. In fact, the first one delivered was broken, the alarm wouldn’t stop alarming and the light never worked. It took a month for the replacement and we ended up needing to buy a chest freezer so we didn’t lose our meats. I won’t buy this brand again unless something improves quickly.

Not working properly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought our freezer in late 2020 and in January 2021 the interior light does not work, started thawing food out. We unloaded it, unplugged it and left it alone several days. It is working now, only have a few items in it, but compressor is very loud.

Great Freezer!

Another great feature is the light at the bottom on the outside - I can see easily as I pull in the garage (where we keep this freezer) that it is running. Gives me peace of mind. Thanks for a great freezer!
