Great freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the upright freezer after a long wait. Received it within 2 weeks of purchase. The delivery was great as it was placed exactly where we wanted it. The delivery guys set it up and took away all the packaging materials. That is a big bonus in our neighborhood. Registration for the warranty was insanely easy as you text a picture of the QR code. Started using the freezer the next day. Got some clear plastic containers so we can organize the food without fear of the food falling out. The freezer is noisy about 10 minutes a day otherwise it is extremely quiet. Overall I am very pleased with purchase.

Beautiful and HUGE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this back in November/black friday weekend and unfortunately the delivery was delayed for a month, so I didn't receive it until mid January. It's been worth the wait, I upgraded from a 13 cu foot manual defrost freezer, and I am excited to fill this one up.

Needed a new seal

It did start building up frost, so I called the company and they sent someone out immediately. I am still waiting on the part to come in but they said it would be covered 100%.

Lots of room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this new freezer! Very spacious, door is loaded with lots of shelving for smaller items. Shelving is spaced out so you can put taller things in and deep enough to store lots of food.So glad I was able to finally get this beautiful freezer with unavailability of freezers for so long because of the pandemic.Very happy with my new freezer.

Hopefully this was a lemon

Extremely frustrated with our purchase. Got this in July 2020. Two months later (September), all our food on top shelf started melting. Then next day all frozen, then melting, then frozen. Called it in, did get the fan fixed under warranty. We also had this issue of this constant clicking noise. Repair man opened up the back and said, oh something must be touching the metal back. He made a couple adjustments, and it went away for a couple months. However, the machine shakes like crazy when it runs. We have this perfectly level on concrete. We called in again for warranty. Repair person said it will take a week before he can look at it because of all these warranty calls. So we have to unplug and plug back in 16 times a day to get it to stop. We just bought a 1/2 a beef otherwise we would just turn it off till he comes. I’ve sent him videos. I just can’t say that I’m impressed. Our 25 year Kenmore finally died and we replaced it with this. Miss my Kenmore.

Upright Freezer
