After calling your help line, we were scheduled as an appointment for service. Technician was efficient, on time, and professional. Turns out the freezer needed
an adjustment for a magnetic catch. 100% happy with service both in the help line and service tech. My confidence is bolstered in my choice of Frigidare.

I bought this particular model because I wanted more space inside without taking up any more floor space. The fact that this one is taller and still fit in my available made it perfect. It would be even better if it had one more shelf and the bottom basket had a higher front rather than the low one.
