[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this freezer on May 26th, and two months later, I nearly lost my entire haul of halibut that I brought back from Alaska because it stopped working. I had warranty come out to work on it, and it worked for a week. Parts were ordered and sent to me, but I have to wait until the end of the month for them to come back out to fix it. At this point, I wish that I had chosen another brand of freezer!

Came to us broken and having a time getting it fixed. Therefore, we still have no freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this freezer on July 11, 2020 and received it on August 1, 2020. When we got it, it would not get cold. Called regarding that problem and was told that a service person would be out on August 13, 2020. No one showed up. Called again and the computer hung up on me. Called again and was told that the service person would be here on August 21, 2020. The service man showed up and found that a copper pipe was broken and the freon leaked out. He has to order a new compressor. Supposedly, he will be back on August 31, 2020 to fix the freezer. Not real happy with freezer and delay in fixing it.

20 Cu BRAND NEW freezer after received it form now 1 month still not working right, my old freezer working better than this, LED keeps blinking even i ran new electric line for it own.

Problems

Having issues

Don’t know isn’t working.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two weeks after I got it delivered in went out. Had a hard time getting someone to repair it. Was delivered July 15 it is now August 24th I lost everything in it and now waiting to be repaired.

How can you trust something for 38 years that last only 3 days??

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 3 day stopped freezing and almost lost all the food thank goodness I still had the old freezer of 38 years so quickly put the food back into and didn't loose anything, it's good I was home and saw that famous green light blinking. Now waiting for a repair person to see what is wrong, I kind of thinking the demand is high for freezers now so they are just making them to quickly. I try to buy American this is giving me reason not to.

Great Freezer, When it Works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer itself is very nice. Huge. Tons of space. However, from other reviews it seems like there was a batch of these between April 2020 and June 2020 that have a flaw. My freezer continues to not work and getting service during COVID has been impossible. Numerous calls, numerous techs not even showing up, etc. Right now in a dispute because if no one will fix the obvious problem (temperature sensor / defroster making evaporator fan freeze) then here we are.
