Extremely satisfied!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our old freezer with this one about a month ago. The storage space inside is so much more, even though the outside dimensions are about the same. And the added features such as the self-closing door and green light to show everything's okay are things we now wouldn't want to do without. We're so happy with it that we gave our old freezer away.

Defective door and seal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Frosted up inside right away. Technician came out and looked at it and told me the factory had an issue where when they filled the door with foam a vacuum would form in the corner of the door and cause a bow in the material. He was very prompt and knowledgeable. Two to three weeks before the replacement door will be available. Not a great start to a brand new appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it has functioned like any other standup freezer. We are happy with it. We have noticed a soft humming every time we go near it..... we think it's the fan continuously moving the air,, and think that is normal......We will have to ask, or read the owner's manual.......The green light on the front bottom, tells us right away it has power.

ARTIC COLD

I wanted a freezer without all the fancy digital settings and lights. This is just a good old fashioned freezer, with a temperature dial. It works GREAT. When you open the door its like getting a blast of ARTIC AIR.
