Quite the work horse

I am overall very happy the freezer. A few things would help make this an even better product:
1) Provide a "lip" on the shelves, so content doesn't slide out when I open the door
2) Make the freeze *much* more silent - I am happy the freezer is in the garage, so the noise issue is less important to me. If this was in my kitchen, I would have returned the freezer.

Green led power light on bottom

Defective door within first month

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the freezer less than a month ago it already required maintenance. The door was not hanging properly. The technician performed a temporary fix and a new door has been ordered. We were told this will take about one month. It is concerning to have a problem so early. Otherwise it is a nice looking freezer with lots of space.
