Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the only thing I like about this freezer is the size we had it for 2 months before the light started blinking and it was beeping, it broke down stopped working. We had to move all things out of the freezer 15 miles away to my sisters house, wait 2 months for a service call and 20 minutes after the repair man leaves it starts all over again. I HATE frigidaire I HATE THEIR SERVICE I WILL NEVER BUY THAT BRAND AGAIN

Fan Noise

20.0 Cu. Ft Upright Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the worst appliance I have ever bought! I purchased this freezer, and three weeks later, it stopped working. It took three weeks to get Frigidaire to get a reliable company out to look at it and order the part. It took another two weeks to get the company out to install the part. The new piece has been installed in the freezer for almost a week and guesses what, the fridge has stopped working four days after the new part was installed, and today is August 20, 2020. I would suggest Frigidaire pull all these freezers of the market, and no one buys it; I have not read one useful review of this product and wish I would have read them before I wasted my money on it. I will be asking Frigidaire to replace my freezer with a different model. DO NOT BUY THIS FREEZER!

Waiting to exhale

We’ve had it for a month and a service call already! blinking green light at bottom means not sealing correctly! Afraid that we might lose our contents again.Our previous freezer- same make never had a service call 5 years . We up graded for hurricane season. We have warranty but takes 3 days for technicians to come !

Not Good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’re taking this product back to the store for a full refund. The freezer was defective and had ice buildup around the door. It stopped working correctly and all of the food I put in it became unthawed. Not happy with this outcome.

Horrible freezer

I bought this 1 1/2 months ago it just broke again for the 2nd time with the same problem. The green light at the bottom starts flashing and the 2/3’s of the freezer stops working. This is ridiculous I’m scared to put anything in it. This is the worst thing I have ever bought.
