Good price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the looks of the freezer. Only had one issue. I wanted the door to open the other direction. Instructions made it easy but the next day there frost in it. After looking the seal was not sealing on the bottom side. I took it apart again and found the leg where the henge hooks to was 1/4 inch longer than the other side, this made door bottom 1/4 inch out. So I had to go back to original side and it will close that way

Good size, (usually) keeps stuff cold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was quite happy with the freezer until a month ago. At that point, it started sounding like a jack-hammer and within a couple of days, the temperature started rising. When the repairman made it out (it took a couple of weeks and I had to borrow an old freezer from a friend), he ended up replacing a vent of some sort, apparently this model has issues with ducting icing up and blocking airflow. The other day, it started making the same sound for an hour or so. The temperature hasn't started rising, but it doesn't instill confidence.

Nice freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago when my really old freezer gave up. I considered myself really lucky to find the exact freezer I was looking for since there are very few appliances available at this time. It is very roomy inside. My stuffed 19cubic foot freezer fits with room to spare in this 20 cubic foot. It is quiet and the green light let's me know it is working. It got cold right away. I am very happy with my purchase.

Had some quirks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it around a month ago and when I fist put it in place I kept getting an “open door” beep even though it was shut. Had to actually remove the door and fix the magnet one the bottom of it. Other than that very satisfied with my purchase.

Freezes fast, but freezes the compressor too...

They added a part that should keep it from freezing and now 2-3 times a day it makes this horrible knocking sound for about 5 minutes each time. The customer service has been great but I wish I had gone with a different model.
